Nothing beats the advice of a good travel
agent.
We challenge some of the urban myths in
travel.
1. One of the biggest urban myths is that
consultants who work for companies that pay low wages, but can
derive large portions of earnings through commissions achieved,
will work for you, the client. In effect, remuneration based on
profits made from you or your company. Surely that can't be in your
best interest.
2. Going on-line always gives you the best
fare and itinerary. Well that's just plain wrong and we will prove
otherwise. Online booking engines and websites are often skewed
towards the companies that own or run these websites or have
preferred relationships with them. Without the expertise of a good
travel agent you often don't know where to
look.
3. Just because an agency is advertising
lowest airfares/prices guaranteed, doesn't mean that they will
deliver. The same applies to some agencies advertising that they
will price-match. Well, why would you want to change agencies in
the first place, if all they can do is price
match?
4. Global or national groups will give you the
best deal on a local level. Wrong. Often the suppliers
provide deals on a local level only, which rules out national deals
with agency groups.`And this industry is still very much
relationship driven. We have established exceptional contacts
in over 20 years in the industry, which, if necessary, we will
utilize to benefit you-our valued customer.
